One of the best ways to know if a place is right for you is to meet the neighbors. Since Carmelita Gardens’ founding in 2010, we have hosted countless tours, both Virtual and In-person. Through those tours many good folks have made the decision to purchase properties, design and build their homes, and move to our WELCOMING COMMUNITY.
We have recorded a Virtual Tour and the Q&A that follows, so you can see the community and learn about it straight from the developer. Our tours are always casual, and we often see residents pursuing their different interests, such as walking their dogs, playing sports and games, tending gardens, riding bikes, visiting neighbors on their porches, or relaxing in the river.
We’ve been told that one of the favorite parts of our tours is the time spent getting to know the neighbors. So, we are hosting a Virtual Welcome Reception at one of our neighbors’ homes. We have invited a group of residents with different interests and budgets to share their stories and answer your questions.
